GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Workaholic is a network of creative minds and a small company at the same time. Our designers manufacture all merchandise by hand and only in limited- lot productions. Every three months we put on sale a new collection conceived by a different designer and upon a certain topic. Pieces from previous collections are also available after the first 3 months. Since our designers manufacture only upon purchase contract and not on stock, delivery may last up to 7 working days from the date we receive the request.
The mentioned conditions do not hold true for explicitly marked limited garments, which may be sold out. We also cannot guarantee supplementary production of certain pieces whose drapery is exhausted.
PIECES: Pieces as displayed on our web page are example pieces and may differ slightly from delivered pieces. !All prices are pre-tax Euro prices. Costs of packaging and postage are added depending on the terms of payment of each purchase.
Additional accessories (buttons, etc.) may differ slightly on pieces of supplementary productions for exhaustion of stock. However, accessories will be as similar as market permits.

CONTRACT: Purchase is contracted upon workaholic receiving customer’s request. Workaholic accepts a request by verbal or written agreement or by simple delivery of purchased pieces.
NOTE: Pieces are manufactured in each size and colour in limited-lot productions. Colours and sizes differing from those displayed on our web page can only be purchased upon special request. Customers‘ screen adjustments may deviate colours of displayed pieces. Questions and doubts to the pieces‘ size, colours and materials have to be cleared prior to the purchase.
As mentioned above, pieces are manufactured by hand and in limited-lot productions; in some cases one piece may differ slightly from the other.
In case you are not satisfied with any piece please contact us and we will find a solution.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE: Data necessary for the processing of customer’s purchase will be stored and may be passed on to other companies related to us and which are indispensable for production and manufacturing. !Any personal data will be treated confidentially.
WITHDRAWALS, RETURNS AND DEVOLUTIONS
WITHDRAWAL: Has the purchase contract exclusively been closed by means of communication, the client is entitled to make use of §13 BGB (German Consumer Law) and withdraw from the contract. The mentioned withdrawal needs to be posed within two weeks after receiving the merchandise either in writing, via Email or by phone to the following fiscal address:

Customers cannot be entitled to be refunded the whole amount of the purchase price if the merchandise’s value has been impeded either for customers having used the merchandise for any purpose exceeding a simple trying it on or having damaged the merchandise or for any other reason making the merchandise’s further sale impossible.
NOTE: If you are or live with smokers we would like to ask you to pack up and send back the merchandise as soon as possible. Should the merchandise smell to an extent that we would have to clean or wash it in order to ensure its further sale, we will reserve to charge for cleaning. In such a case customers will not be refunded the whole amount of the purchase price which can amount to rejecting a devolution and refund for cases in which the merchandise is heavily damaged.
Thus, devolution and refund can only be guaranteed if the merchandise is sent back WITHIN 14 DAYS of its receipt.
Customers are entitled to meet the costs of return postage. Upon receipt we will refund the purchase price within 20 days to the bank account indicated by customers.
RETURN PACKAGES NOT CARRYING POSTAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT EITHER TO RETURN THEM TO THE SENDER OR TO DEBASE THE REFUND PRICE.
CLEANING: We would ask the customer to regard instructions for cleaning specified on label or delivery note of each garment. !We will not meet costs for damages of merchandise caused by improper use of instructions for cleaning.
PAYMENT, PACKAGING AND POSTING
PAYMENT: Payment must be affected in advance. We do not accept purchase on account.
1. FOR BANK TRANSFERS we will send an Email with our bank details upon receiving customer’s purchase.
NOTE: Please notify the name of the purchased piece in the first line of the bank transfer sheet. In case the person purchasing the merchandise differs from the bank account owner, fill in name and surname of the person that purchases the contract in the second line.
We will not confirm cash or transfer receipts.
INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFERS:
We will deliver the merchandise to the address indicated upon receipt of the WHOLE purchase price. For incomplete payments we reserve the right to refund the purchase price to the sending bank account deducting a special expenditure and to cancel the purchase if we do not receive any notification or if customers do not meet the whole purchase price within 14 days. Note that we will not meet additional fees for international bank transfers.
2. PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL
On request, details for Paypal will be sent via Email.
DELIVERY
DELIVERY COSTS within Germany:
- For purchases of up to EUR 200,-: EUR 6,90 for a package with coverage; upon request package without coverage EUR 3,00, please note that we cannot be made liable for damaged or lost packages
- For purchases exceeding EUR 200,-: no delivery costs for a package with coverage
DELIVERY COSTS outside Germany: Delivery costs for purchases from outside Germany cannot be calculated until receipt of customers purchase depending on purchase amount and place of delivery. Please contact us prior to the purchase.
DELIVERY TIME: Pieces are manufactured in limited-lot productions and only upon customer’s orders. Delivery will be affected within 7 to max. 10 WORKING DAYS upon cash receipt. This term may enlarge considerably for large purchases/many pieces. Take into account cash transfer terms of banks and credit institutions, which may amount to 3 days for bank transfers within Germany and 7 days for international bank transfers.
CLAIM: Purchases will be canceled and cannot be claimed by the client if the client does not meet the whole purchase price within 14 days. All merchandise remains property of workaholic up to the client’s payment of the whole purchase price.
